Order Processing Time
Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Just remember—we’re a small team of humans, working with human hands and human brains. Every order is packed with care and intention.

Custom Orders
Custom orders are processed in the order they are received and paid for. Once your design estimate is approved and materials have been sourced, please allow approximately 8–10 weeks for your final Relic to be created and shipped. Timelines may vary depending on the complexity of your project. Your jeweler at Relic will be in close communication throughout the process to keep you informed every step of the way and provide a more accurate delivery estimate.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We currently ship within the United States only. Delivery times vary based on your location—if you're near us in Colorado, you'll likely receive your order sooner than someone on the East Coast.

  • Orders under $1000: Shipped via UPS or USPS Priority Mail, which typically takes 2–8 business days.

  • Orders over $1000: Shipped via FedEx or UPS with full insurance and tracking for added peace of mind.

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the carrier's current pricing. These rates are automatically determined based on the destination, service level, and package weight.

International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at william@relicfinejewelry.com as soon as possible. Include your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We handle these on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to make it right.
