Refund policy

We want you to love your Relic Fine Jewelry purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns for store credit within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and in original condition
  • Returned with all original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Please note: Custom jewelry, sale items, and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return.

Partial Credit May Be Issued If:

  • Items are returned damaged or not in original condition (not due to our error)
  • Items are returned after the 7-day return window (at our discretion)

How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return, email william@relicfinejewelry.com to request a pre-paid return shipping label.

The cost of the return label must be paid by the customer before the label is issued. This label is insured to cover the full purchase value of the item, and ensures proper tracking and protection during transit.

Returns sent using self-purchased or third-party labels will not be accepted.

Store Credit

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email regarding the status of your return. If approved, your store credit will be issued within 7 business days and sent to you via email.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order using your store credit.
